Refund & Cancellation Policy

Suresh Wadkar's Ajivasan Music & Dance Academy

By purchasing tickets or memberships, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policy.

1. Event Tickets

• Tickets once bought are not refundable.
• Only if the organizer cancels the performance, the organizer will refund the ticket fee.
• All other charges, including parking fees, internet handling fees, and order processing fees, remain non-refundable.

2. Utsav Membership

• Utsav Membership fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

3. Mode of Refund

• All refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer (NEFT) or the original payment gateway.
• No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund:

1. Written Application: A formal email must be sent to events@ajivasan.com.
2. Documentation: Please include your name, order ID, receipt of payment, and reason.
3. Approval: The request will be reviewed. If approved, the refund will be processed within 15–20 business days.

Any disputes regarding refunds are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
